TASTING NOTES: Kosciuszko Sparkling wines are made using the intricate process called Méthode Traditionnelle —the same time-honoured approach used to make French Champagnes. An outstanding blend of 55.5% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay and 9.5% Pinot Meunier, floral on the nose and a touch of citrus on the palate brought together seamlessly with a very fine bead.
FOOD PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: Pairs well with all foods with flavour, or as an aperitif.
